WH HEALS® Multisensory Drawing invites you to explore your inner landscape through all five senses—taste, touch, smell, sight, and sound. Each session is lovingly co-created, with your unique way of being at the centre. We honour the quiet wisdom of your internal compass, using it to guide the creative process.
These drawing experiences offer more than artistic expression—they provide a gentle yet powerful way to process emotional overwhelm and self-regulate after stressful events. Through shape, colour, texture, and sensory prompts, feelings that may be hard to articulate find a safe place to land.
Multisensory Drawing creates a visual and tangible expression of what’s happening within—allowing emotions to be seen, acknowledged, and understood in a grounded, embodied way. Once externalised on the page, experiences often feel easier to process and gently integrate.
