At Warrior Heart Wellbeing Services, we empower individuals and couples to reconnect with their inner strength through the practice and integration of Warrior Heart HEALS®—a holistic, wellbeing approach to mindful living.
Our unique resources include Musical Communication, Multisensory Journaling, Somatic Grounding, Mindful Play, Relational Tools, and Multisensory Art, all designed to enhance emotional resilience, creativity, and authentic connection—with yourself and others.
Warrior Heart HEALS® offers a gentle, accessible pathway to mindfulness meditation—especially for those who’ve struggled with traditional methods. Non-denominational and deeply intuitive, it helps create space for healing, reflection, and personal transformation.
Rooted in mindful collaboration, our work nurtures a greater sense of community, belonging, and peace—reminding us that presence connects us to something far greater: a shared heartbeat within the fabric of the cosmos.

Warrior Heart HEALS® a door opens,
Gently held by non-violence,
The valour of our Warrior Heart,
Freedom in the now.
How perfect the rhythm of nature,
Reflects omnipotent creation,
Therapeutic to the soul,
Heals our Warrior Heart.
Hear the silence of a falling leaf,
A tree sheds with grounded belief,
Presently instilled in time,
Nature, embodies the mind.
Warrior Heart HEALS® a door opens,
Gently held by non-violence,
The valour of our Warrior Heart,
Freedom in the now.
Rain forest, lush, green and kind,
Stretches her hand to soothe the mind,
Replenishes the parched spirit,
Nourish, nurture, nature.
Summer, warm peaceful lover,
Entices us to play together,
Waves lapping upon the shore,
Caressing our vulnerable core.
Warrior Heart HEALS® a door opens,
Gently held by nonviolence,
The valour of our Warrior Heart,
Freedom in the now.
Warrior Heart HEALS®; embodied breath of self love,
Tender kernel of our heart's soul,
Incarnate love, hope and grace heals,
Perfect joy, fully blossomed.
